Haddon Anderson

Executive Director, handerson@statelineyfc.org

Haddon serves as the Executive Director of Stateline Youth for Christ. His role centers on organizational leadership including coaching staff, fundraising, community partnerships, board development, and more. Haddon previously worked at Lydia Learning Academy and a local church. He graduated from Cedarville University in 2010 (B.A. in Sociology) before earning a Master of Divinity from Moody Theological Seminary in 2014 with an emphasis in Urban & Intercultural Studies. Haddon and his wife, Julie, have been married since 2010 and have three children.


Alisha Barnett

Alisha serves as the Campus Life Director at Youth for Christ. She oversees the Campus Life staff and volunteers who lead outreach in local schools. Alisha is the longest active staff member and has been instrumental in the development of YFC’s outreach. She also coordinates YFC Camp every summer. Prior to YFC, she worked in retail and also student ministry. She graduated from Judson University with a Bachelor’s in Human Services. She and her husband, Lennox, have been married since 2011 and have two daughters.


Jake Rogers

Juvenile Justice Ministry Director, jrogers@statelineyfc.org

Jake serves as the Juvenile Justice Ministry Director at Youth for Christ. His role includes outreach within the local juvenile detention center and overseeing Aftercare services upon reentry. Jake previously worked at the Winnebago Country Juvenile Detention Center, as well as Rosecrance. Jake graduated from Trinity International University, earning a B.A. in Psychology with a Counseling concentration. He also obtained certificates from the Christian Counseling Education Foundation.


Adam Palmer

City Life Director, apalmer@statelineyfc.org

Adam serves as the City Life Director at Youth for Christ. He oversees City Life programming at the Swedish American Riverfront YMCA and also has involvement with Juvenile Justice Ministry Aftercare. He is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis on Youth Ministry. Adam is also an Army combat veteran who served three tours in Iraq and received the Purple Heart. He also has experience in fitness training, coaching, missions, and management. Adam and his wife, Ellenie, have been married since 2008 and have three children. They recently moved to Rockford from North Carolina.  


Titus Starks

Campus Life Site Director, tstarks@statelineyfc.org

Titus serves as the Campus Life Site Director at RESA Middle School. He oversees Campus Life programming at RESA, building Christ-centered, mentoring relationships with youth and supporting school staff. Titus obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Worship Arts) and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, both from Judson University. He also currently serves as the Minister of Worship at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church and previously worked at DaVita, Inc.


Dominique Marshall

Campus Life Site Director, dmarshall@statelineyfc.org

Dominique serves as the Campus Life Director at Guilford High School. He oversees Campus Life programming at Guilford, building Christ-centered, mentoring relationships with youth and also supporting school staff. Additionally, he has a leadership role for YFC’s City Life outreach. Dominique is currently in process of completing his Bachelor of Arts (Organizational Leadership) from Judson University. He also works with the youth at Hope Fellowship Church. He and his wife, Shatiqua, have been married since 2014 and have a son.


Zabrina Ramirez

Campus Life Site Director, zramirez@statelineyfc.org

Zabrina Ramirez serves as the Campus Life Site Director at Lincoln Middle School. She oversees Campus Life programming at the school, building Christ-centered relationships with youth and supporting school staff. Zabrina graduated from Calvin College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Urban Studies. She recently finished a year of AmeriCorps service with City Year in Boston where she focused on tutoring and mentoring students. She and her fiancé (Phil) are getting married in September of 2020.


J.R. Flannigan

Juvenile Justice Aftercare Coordinator, jflannigan@statelineyfc.org

J.R. serves as the Juvenile Justice Ministry Aftercare Coordinator at Youth for Christ, working directly in Juvenile Justice Ministry. He also pastors Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. J.R. previously ministered in a variety of settings in Chicago, including church ministry and through an organization reaching juvenile men called Project Hood. J.R. and his wife (D’Lisa) are honored to parent two daughters.


Beth Fontana

Beth serves on the Ministry Staff at Youth for Christ, working directly in Juvenile Justice Ministry as she mentors women. She also coaches staff and volunteers. Beth is a graduate of Illinois State University (B.A. in Social Work) and actually previously served on the Youth for Christ staff as the Youth Guidance Director. Beth’s past experience also includes children’s ministry. Beth and her husband, Kevin, have three children and one grandchild.


Sharon Widell

Sharon serves as the Administrative Assistant at Youth for Christ. She oversees office management and is also actively involved in event planning. Sharon’s past work experience includes human resources and insurance. She and her husband, John, have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.


Judson Stern

Community Engagement Coordinator, jstern@statelineyfc.org

Judson Stern serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Youth for Christ. He oversees See the Story Meal teams and develops volunteers and advocates for the mission of YFC. Judson is a full-time Analyst at Experity and works for YFC in a part-time capacity. He is a graduate of Wheaton College, where he majored in Economics.


Bob Griffin

Bob serves as the Facilitator of Partnerships at Stateline Youth for Christ. His role involves mentoring staff and pursuing funding partnerships. Bob was previously the Executive Director of the organization from 2012-15. He has served in ministry for over 50 years, including youth ministry, counseling, pastoring (Lead Pastor & Campus Pastor at Taylor University), and launching Rockford Renewal Ministries. Bob and his wife, Connie, have three children and eight grandchildren.
